Project Life Week 22

Once a week I share my Project Life pages--mostly to help keep myself on track for the year. I'd love to see your pages too so be sure to leave a comment or link to your weekly spread. You can follow me here and on Instagram to see all sorts of goodies from our life.

Happy Friday, friends!! Just a quick share today of last week's Project Life pages. I had been waiting and waiting to finish the spread for some enlargements of Mia's dance photos to come. I had plans in my head of using a large photo this week of Mia in her dance costume, but when they came in the mail (thanks, Persnickety Prints), I couldn't do it. They just looked so pretty enlarged! I'll frame the photos instead and printed 5x7s to insert here.

Here's the whole week:

The left side documents some of my favorite photos from our little stay-cation to visit family. The kids and I stayed in a hotel and they loved getting the chance to swim in the hotel pool and have "hotel breakfast". My grandma spent a lot of time braiding Mia's hair and I loved getting to see them interact with each other. On the way home we stopped off the highway to watch the Thunderbirds do an air show over the Air Force Academy graduation. The clouds were so amazingly fluffy!
When we got back home Mark and I snuck in a date to see the latest X-men movie.

I printed out two 5x7s of Mia in her different dance costumes. I love adding them in as an extra insert this week with her dance program included.

The right hand side covers some of my other favorite photos from the week, including my morning walk, grocery shopping with Naomi, and two photos that Mark took.

We had our first whole family tailgating event at the Colorado Rapid's game. Mark has been wanting us all to go for a while now and everything fell into place. It was incredibly hot, but we had a lot of fun. The kids especially like playing at the tailgate party with new friends.
