Today I start the Whole 30 challenge. Before you get nervous that this blog will turn into a food & diet blog, I assure you that that the only reason I'm sharing is so you can help keep me on track.
It's not an easy feat---30 days of no sugar, grains, dairy---but it's one I feel really passionate about seeing through.
I've let a lot of things about my body get completely out of whack and this is one step towards my healthier goals for the year.
I'm really excited too. I've teamed up with a local blogger from Maydae. I've watched her transform her life and body over the past year and am so proud to stand by her side in this challenge. She's created a Facebook group that now has over 30 people involved. We intend to champion for each other and help through the cravings and rough spots.
But I can't do it without you, too. Help me by checking in when you can or following me on Instagram to see what I'm doing in between the sewing and crafting. Let me know if you have yummy paleo recipes that I can try. Be a friend.
Also know, that if I turn down your treats, chai tea lattes, and pleas for a meal at a fancy restaurant, it's for a greater cause.
Getting back to a ME that I can be proud of.
