Project Life Week 28

I'm a day late in sharing my Project Life pages because I've been all consumed by a custom quilt order that's due out the door this week. I kept everything here pretty simple because of it. I used only one sitting to print and journal. I love that this doesn't have to be time consuming and it still ends up looking great.
Here's the full week:

Most of the first half of the week is from our family hike. This photo of Mia and I was a perfect fit for this week. I added some letter stickers and wrote directly on the photo.

The Remember This card is from the Midnight kit. I love how the colors in Seafoam and Midnight go together so perfectly!

I went back and forth on adding text to the other photos. In the end, I decided to leave them be and let the pictures tell the story instead.

It's been really hot here and so we've been grilling quite a bit. We've had not so great luck doing smores on the grill. One night we tried broiling them and they came out perfectly!

I wanted to document the heat we had at 7PM. I know that in some places it's not a big deal, but here in Colorado, it usually begins to cool down a little in the evening.
A took screen capture from my iphone's weather app and used a Midnight journaling card.

I'm a little obsessed with feet photos. I love getting a capture of where your standing and using the textures you find at your feet. This one was from a playground that was decorated with letters, numbers, and shapes.
I used the Notes card from the Midnight kit to recap our day in Denver.

We went to a local handmade market and at one of the booths they had a little photo booth set up with these mustaches. Mia was kind enough to try them out for us!

Waking up at 6am is always worth it when you are up to see these beauties!

I'm linking up with The Mom Creative for her weekly share.
