This week I decided to devote the first half of our spread to our trip to the pumpkin farm. I didn't have a ton of pictures, but added a piece of patterned paper and journaling about the day.
Since I haven't done traditional scrapbooking in forever, I've tried to use my stash to fill in the album. It's nice to have a bit of different papers and embellishments in with the provided cards. This pumpkin paper was "borrowed" from my mom's stash of paper.
Again, my trusty Sharpie paint pen, washi tape, and Lilybee letters make it really easy to add some flourish to my pictures.
The second half of the week is the "rest" of the photos.
I included park trips, target trips, a grainy concert photo, and visiting family!
Collecting acorns at the park has been the twins' favorite thing to do lately. They fill the pockets of the stroller up and send them flying down the slide.
Hollis likes to bury them in the sand and then try to dig them back up (if he can remember where they are!)
On Saturday we went to see my family. I got a lot of cuddle time with this little guy!
A trip to Target wouldn't be complete without a stop at the books.
On this trip is that I realized that Naomi is afraid of the floor at Target. She doesn't like how shiny it is and is afraid she's going to slip. She wouldn't let her feet touch the floor and would cry if I put her down on it. Notice her feet tucked safely on the ledge!
I'm linking up with The Mom Creative for her weekly share.
