This post almost didn't happen. I've been fighting with the printer, tending to babies, and watching more True Blood than should be allowed. Then yesterday everything came to a halt when the people redo-ing the fence accidentally cut the cable line. No TV, no internet, and no phone. I did what any sane person would do----I went to bed early.
I did get it done though and it's a whopper this time with an insert for Easter. The first half has pictures from a walk with the babies, a date night to see Death Cab for Cutie and Low, and iPhone pictures of Mia and our load of mulch.
Here is the second side with the Easter insert on top. I took one of the design A page protectors and cut it down and then filled it with as many pictures of our brunch at Aunt Susan's as possible.
Here's side two of the insert.
This is the second half of the week with some of the pictures that Mark sent me while I was in Arizona, yet another walk with the babies (it's a favorite of theirs), and a few pictures from Arizona. I'm still trying to figure out how to document events that happen in two separate weeks, but decided against another insert and just to stay true to what happened within the week.
Here is a close up from the first half of the week. The arrow cardboard is covered with wash tape from Target and letter stickers. The "today" tag is cut from the This & That paper line and I added a Dear Lizzy tag to journal on. The picture of Hollis is just super cute.
Here is a closer look at the first side of the insert.
This is a close up from the second side of the insert. I used letter stickers for Hollis and wrote around to frame it. I also got a cute picture of Mia and her bunny ears!
I wanted to add this close up to show this journaling card that I printed from the Miss Tiina blog. I spent some time last week printing up free Project Life cards and hers are my favorite so far! I love her lettering and graphics!
I'm already trying to piece together the pages for this week and will add more pictures from Arizona to that spread. This weekend we are hoping to get a breakfast date, get the fence finished, and get out to a favorite record store for Record Store Day.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
