Just a few quick photos of Week 8 to help keep me on track with this project. I didn't finish until this morning, which is the most I've fallen behind since starting Project Life. In reality, a few days late is not so bad. I could have used both sides to document just the trip to my mom's house, but tried to pick just my favorite photos from the weekend.
The first side is from Sunday-Wednesday. There isn't a specific day to any of the photos, but instead telling some of the small stories from the week. We took Mia to see Arrietty (loved it!!!), did our weekly Target shopping trip, Hollis got new trains from some very dear friends, and he spent nearly two hours one morning at the kitchen table. Mark tried and tried to coax him down and he wasn't budging. He had two breakfasts and colored and Mark was able to snap a cute photo of him!
Here is the page close-up. I didn't add much except sticker letters and a tag cut from Echo Park's new This&That paper.
This side is from the end of the week. Mark brought me a postcard (and tote bag) from Strand bookstore in NYC. I included a picture of the pile of books I checked out from the library (my reading eyes are bigger than my reading reality). There are lots of photos of our visit with cousins, including new baby Grady. We also snuck in a visit with Mark's mom and I got a picture of her and Naomi!
There it is. Done.
